Fire Retardant MDF Panel

Fireproof MDF panels can be used easily in every field where MDFs are applied.
Our product is imported, has superior resistance to fire, and does not emit much smoke even when exposed to flame. In case of fire, it takes a long time thanks to this panel to bounce from the place where the fireproof MDF is placed to another place. In this way, it provides the necessary time for fire intervention.
According to the French fire-resistant product classification, it is divided as M1 (material that does not spread flame at all) and provides great benefit in closed spaces such as movie theaters where safety is at the forefront.

The product can be varnished or covered with paper, melamine, and laminate.

Classification of Fire Reterdant MDF

A Firax

It is a high-density MDF board for use in dry areas;

• It is resistant to heat and burning;
• For use in 1st class ambient conditions;
• Can be coated with paper, melamine, laminate, can be varnished;
• It can withstand high temperatures and fire. It prevents the fire from spreading and produces smoke close to that of burning wood;
• It is suitable for industrial processing and is preferred especially in interior decorations where safety is at the forefront;
• Plates should be avoided from any contact with water

Class B Firax

• It is a high-density MDF board for use in dry areas;
• It has a high resistance to high temperature and fire;
• For use in 1st class ambient conditions;
• Can be coated with paper, melamine, laminate, can be varnished;
• It can withstand extreme heat and fire. It prevents the fire from spreading and produces smoke close to that of burning wood;
• It is suitable for industrial processing and is preferred especially in interior decoration where safety is at the forefront;
• Plates should be avoided from any water contact;

C Firax Light

• Light MDF boards with fire retardant properties, low density, generally not carrying the load, intended for use in dry areas;
• Can be coated with paper, melamine, laminate, can be varnished;
• FIRAX light can withstand high temperatures and fire and has many national and international test reports.
